Job summary

Tech Ladies® is seeking a Product Manager in Austin to own the strategy and roadmap for a B2B SaaS product line serving data and analytics teams. You will bridge engineering execution and business outcomes across the full product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to define what gets built, why it matters, and how success is measured—shipping features enterprise customers rely on daily.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of product management experience, including 2 years in B2B or technical products.
• Hands-on SQL proficiency and ability to analyze product data independently.
• Experience shipping features with cross-functional engineering teams in Agile; proficient with Jira/Confluence.
• Strong written communication with PRDs and executive-ready updates.
• Experience with customer discovery and translating feedback into roadmaps.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for core platform area, translating goals into a prioritized backlog for engineering.
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; backlog grooming and sprint planning with engineering in Jira/Confluence.
• Analyze product usage data using SQL, Amplitude, and dashboards to identify friction points and inform prioritization decisions.
• Partner with design on wireframes and prototypes in Figma; run usability sessions and customer discovery calls.
• Define and track success metrics (activation, retention, feature adoption) and present quarterly roadmap reviews to executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches with marketing, sales, and customer success, including enablement materials and phased rollout plans.
• Serve as the voice of the customer in technical tradeoff discussions, balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
