Job summary

Function Health seeks a Senior Accounting Manager to own revenue and direct-cost accounting for its B2B business, including memberships, partnerships, and gift cards. You will shape contract-to-cash, review agreements for ASC 606 implications, and partner with Legal and Commercial teams to reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience with B2B or contract-based revenue.
• Experience building a B2B revenue process from contracting to invoicing and collections.
• Deep mastery of ASC 606 with multiple performance obligations and related topics.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and direct-cost accounting for Function Health's B2B business and explain margins to leadership.
• Design contract-to-cash from ground up for consistency across Sales, CS, and Partnerships.
• Automate invoicing and collections to minimize manual touch and improve accuracy.
• Lead and develop the B2B team as the business grows.
• Own the audit relationship for B2B revenue and ensure SOX-ready controls.
