Job summary

Conexess Group is seeking a senior digital advertising designer to lead high-end creative across static ads, display banners, emails, landing pages, and motion storyboards for a technical audience. You will set the design standard, help build templates and design systems, and mentor a team of designers under the Art Director.

You’ll translate brand guidelines into elevated work, collaborate with motion and editing leads, and apply AI-assisted workflows where appropriate while preserving

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital advertising design with a portfolio showing high-end work across static, display, and storyboard/motion.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with production-ready output.
• Experience building design systems, templates, and processes at high volume.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into elevated, tailored work.
• Comfortable mentoring and helping shape workflows.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Email design/build in Marketo or similar ESP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set the design standard. Produce best-in-class static ads, display/resize banners, email, landing pages, and motion storyboards that define the quality bar.
• Help build design systems. Establish reusable templates, components, and conventions for high-volume output.
• Elevate and mentor. Review, refine, and raise the team’s craft.
• Develop visual direction. Create storyboards and visual frameworks for motion/video with the team.
• Hold brand consistency at volume. Align output to client brand guidelines while staying fresh and platform-appropriate.
• Use smart tooling. Leverage AI-assisted workflows with judgement on when AI fits versus traditional craft.
