Job summary

THINKINK is a remote-first design agency serving global B2B technology brands. We’re seeking a senior designer who thrives in an agency environment, can own projects end-to-end, and translate complex business content into clear visual stories.

You’ll work across multi-client accounts, create engaging long-form assets, design responsive websites, and help shape scalable design systems within a collaborative, deadline-driven team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Agency team experience with client service, deadlines, and collaboration.
• Portfolio with B2B marketing and communications work.
• Portfolio with digital design including responsive web/mobile.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong Figma skills.
• Advanced presentation design (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• Strong typography, layout, information hierarchy, visual storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and visual approaches for THINKINK clients and the THINKINK brand.
• Translate business objectives and strategies into a clear visual approach.
• Personally design high-quality B2B marketing materials from concept to delivery.
• Create reports, white papers, research pieces, infographics, and other long-form assets.
• Evolve visual identities, brand guides, templates, and design systems.
• Design websites and pages with responsive behavior for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Prepare developer-ready files and provide clear design direction at handoff.
• Manage multiple client assignments and meet deadlines.
• Communicate with clients and interpret feedback while protecting creative integrity.
• Work remotely within a distributed team.
