Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in digital content strategy, preferably in agency/consulting
- B2B expertise is required - candidates must engage credibly with a large client
- Experience building complex B2B website redesigns and migrations
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning content and POVs for website redesign content
- Perform current state and competitive assessments
- Research audience needs, trends and behaviors for digital innovations
- Map Consumer Experience Journey content paths
- Develop taxonomy and tagging guidelines for content
- Create content strategy playbooks and governance guidelines
- Maintain editorial standards and content accuracy
