Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Network Engineer with strong Azure experience for a Permanent Direct Hire role in Draper, Utah. The position offers a Hybrid Remote schedule and focuses on designing, deploying, and optimizing network infrastructure across locations and Azure.

You will lead security design with Palo Alto, integrate on-premises with cloud, and implement high-availability architectures using load balancers. Excellent communication and multi-region design skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer with Palo Alto and Azure.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of routing, switching, VPN technologies, and firewall configurations.
• Experience designing networks across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage network security solutions using Palo Alto products.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Design and implement scalable network architectures for multiple locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address network issues and implement solutions.
• Respond to network incidents with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
