Job summary

NTT DATA's client seeks an experienced Software Development Advisor in Las Colinas, Texas to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core, .NET 6/7, and ASP.NET MVC. You will create RESTful APIs, leverage Azure Functions, AKS, and APIM, and implement CI/CD pipelines.

You will also develop UI with Angular and JavaScript, ensuring cloud-native, scalable solutions, while adhering to Agile, BDD, and TDD practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of application development and support with Microsoft Azure, .NET, API Management.
• 7+ years with C#, .NET MVC, .NET Core, .NET 6/7.
• 5+ years developing REST APIs, Azure Functions, or Azure Durable Functions.
• 4+ years in Angular, JavaScript, CSS, web app development.
• 3+ years using Docker, Kubernetes, AKS.
• 5+ years with Azure services including APIM, Service Bus, Storage, Application Insights.
• 3+ years implementing CI/CD with Azure DevOps and Terraform.
• Scripting with PowerShell and Bash for automation/deployments.
• Experience with SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Oracle databases.
• Test automation with Karate, Postman, ReqnRoll, Selenium, SpecFlow, xUnit, NUnit, Sauce Labs.
• Strong Agile, BDD, and TDD practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise apps using C#, .NET Core, .NET 6/7, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Azure Durable Functions.
• Build cloud-native apps and microservices with Azure services.
• Design and manage APIs with Azure API Management.
• Develop responsive UI with Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Deploy and manage containers with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS.
• Integrate Azure services including App Insights, Service Bus, Storage, APIM.
• Create CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and IaC with Terraform.
• Write automation scripts using PowerShell and Bash.
• Work with SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and Oracle databases.
• Implement automated tests with Karate, Postman, ReqnRoll, Selenium, etc.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, production support.
• Follow Agile, with BDD and TDD throughout SDLC.
