Job summary
NTT DATA's client seeks an experienced Software Development Advisor in Las Colinas, Texas to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core, .NET 6/7, and ASP.NET MVC. You will create RESTful APIs, leverage Azure Functions, AKS, and APIM, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
You will also develop UI with Angular and JavaScript, ensuring cloud-native, scalable solutions, while adhering to Agile, BDD, and TDD practices.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of application development and support with Microsoft Azure, .NET, API Management.
- 7+ years with C#, .NET MVC, .NET Core, .NET 6/7.
- 5+ years developing REST APIs, Azure Functions, or Azure Durable Functions.
- 4+ years in Angular, JavaScript, CSS, web app development.
- 3+ years using Docker, Kubernetes, AKS.
- 5+ years with Azure services including APIM, Service Bus, Storage, Application Insights.
- 3+ years implementing CI/CD with Azure DevOps and Terraform.
- Scripting with PowerShell and Bash for automation/deployments.
- Experience with SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Oracle databases.
- Test automation with Karate, Postman, ReqnRoll, Selenium, SpecFlow, xUnit, NUnit, Sauce Labs.
- Strong Agile, BDD, and TDD practices.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in application development and support using Microsoft Azure, .NET technologies, and API Management.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience with C#, .NET MVC, .NET Core, and .NET 6/7.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience developing REST APIs, Azure Functions, or Azure Durable Functions.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience with Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and web application development.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure services including APIM, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, and Application Insights.

- Experience working in large-scale Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of cloud cost optimization, system performance tuning, and observability practices.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $60 to $71/hour. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
