Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to lead the architecture and hands-on delivery of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions for SMBs. The role combines engineering, architectural leadership, and mentoring across multiple projects.

You will drive assessments, migrations, security hardening, Copilot initiatives, and partner-facing delivery while shaping cloud modernization and AI-enabled productivity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Microsoft infrastructure, cloud engineering, MSP, or IT consulting; includes 4+ years as an architect/lead engineer
• Experience delivering Microsoft technology projects through an MSP or IT consulting organization
• Hands-on expertise across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 / Modern Work
• Experience with Azure Migrate, Azure Virtual Desktop, networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery
• Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations, identity management, endpoint management, and cloud security
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, PowerShell scripting, troubleshooting, solution design and documentation
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver against SOWs

Responsibilities

• Lead Azure assessments, cloud migrations, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and infrastructure modernization
• Oversee Microsoft 365 migrations, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Windows Autopilot
• Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, and Purview security solutions
• Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and GitHub Copilot initiatives
• Manage project delivery from discovery through implementation and handoff, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment
• Establish architecture standards, reusable templates, and delivery methodologies
• Review technical designs, resolve complex escalations, and mentor engineering teams
• Build strong partner and customer relationships while ensuring successful project outcomes
