Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Sr Microsoft Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise Microsoft environments in a remote US setting. The role focuses on Azure, Intune, M365, Windows Server, AD, and related technologies to drive modernization and cloud adoption.

You will lead Azure/Intune and security initiatives, provide Tier 2/3 support, mentor IT staff, and collaborate with engineering, security, and business teams to deliver robust IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Hands-on Azure administration experience.
• Experience with Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• MS 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
• Manage Azure VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure AD, and security services.
• Monitor resources for performance, availability, and cost efficiency.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Administer Intune and Endpoint Manager environments.
• Configure device compliance and policy deployments.
• Manage Windows Autopilot provisioning and lifecycle.
• Ensure endpoint security and patch management.
• Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Troubleshoot identity and access management with Entra ID.
• Implement Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust.
