Description	Aurorium is seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure Data Engineer to join our Data Integrations and Business Intelligence team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design and implement robust data integration and management solutions. This role requires expertise in Azure data services and a deep understanding of the data management lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, integration, implementation, and post-deployment support. Job Details	Role Specific Responsibilities: Data Integration and Engineering Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines and integrations using Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL Database Create solutions to automate critical business processes, ensure seamless system migrations, and improve data efficiency Ensure high availability and performance of integrations, monitoring and troubleshooting for continuous business operations *Solution Design and Implementation Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and robust data solutions Define coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices for data architecture and integration Participate in architectural discussions to guide the design and migration of data applications to the Azure platform Data Management Lifecycle Apply best practices for the entire data lifecycle, from technical architecture and design to testing, deployment, and documentation Develop test plans and cases for validating data integrations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability Collaboration and Support Work with developers, business analysts, database administrators, and architecture teams to support the full integration process Provide hands-on delivery of data pipelines for capturing, curating, and consuming data in Azure Manage daily system support, troubleshoot data-related incidents, and implement long-term operational improvements *Technical Innovation Implement enterprise-level integration processes for diverse technologies Stay updated on emerging tools, methodologies, and best practices for data integration and management Integrate and optimize the SAP ecosystem, ensuring seamless on-premises, cloud, and hybrid data scenario Compliance: Complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, and arrangements Reports all Health, Safety and Environmental accidents, incidents and near misses promptly Acts in a safe and responsible manner at all times Problem Solving and Innovation: Active participation in continuous improvement activities Participates in problem-solving Takes responsibility and ownership for own learning and development in the spirit of continuous improvement of both self and the business Assists in the training, mentoring, and assessment of other team members Exercises autonomy and judgement subject to overall direction or guidance Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing complex data integration processes using Azure services Demonstrable expertise with Azure data tools such as ADLS, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Azure SQL Database, Event Hub, Databricks Unity Catalog, etc. Strong knowledge of application integration principles, middleware, and enterprise data architecture models Experience with API management, exception handling frameworks, and enterprise system integrations Familiarity with SQL scripting and database optimization Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Expertise in middleware, security, deployment, and system configuration Proficient in data integration and data architecture tools Advanced knowledge of data processing, migration, and architecture best practices Embodies the core values of Aurorium: credible:keeps their word and honors their commitments, acts with integrity, and holds themselves accountable to their decisions and actions outcome-oriented:adheres to an unparalleled standard of excellence in everything they do, to deliver results with real impact driven:passionate about delivering authentic, world-class experiences that engage customers and inspire greatness empowered accountability:empowered to achieve common goals and accountable for delivering performances and results that exceed standard.
