Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Sr. Cloud Engineer (Azure) to design, deploy, secure, and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure for federal customers. You will implement scalable cloud solutions, automate deployment, and support hybrid-cloud architectures while ensuring FedRAMP, NIST, and DoD compliance.

This full-time, W2 role requires United States citizenship and an active Secret clearance. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• 5+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Systems Administration, or related fields.
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure engineering.
• 3+ years with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• 3+ years building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• 4+ years of PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub, and Ansible.
• Experience with hybrid-cloud and on-premises integrations.
• Strong understanding of Azure networking services including VNets, Azure DNS, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Load Balancers, and Application Gateway.
• Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, Bash, YAML, and JSON.
• Strong troubleshooting, automation, and problem-solving skills.
