Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is hiring an Azure Cloud Engineer for a fully remote position within the United States. The role requires 6+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in production on Microsoft Azure, and a strong background in Azure core services, AKS, and IaC.

You will design, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure with IaC, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security and compliance across distributed workloads. Effective communication and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of cloud engineering experience, with at least 3 years on Microsoft Azure in production.
• Hands-on with Azure core services: compute, storage, networking, identity, PaaS.
• Production-level experience with IaC tools: Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Solid experience designing/operating AKS clusters at scale.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD across infra and apps.
• Strong scripting in PowerShell, Bash, and Python for automation.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, identity, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience implementing monitoring, alerting, and observability across distributed workloads.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
