Job summary

Synchrony Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Azure-focused architect to design and optimize cloud deployments for enterprise customers.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure Azure solutions and guide migrations from on-premise or hybrid setups. The role emphasizes IaC, CI/CD, cost optimization, and compliance monitoring using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Sentinel.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers to gather requirements and explain Azure solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for productive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience designing and implementing Azure-based architectures.
• Proficient in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and Azure Networking.
• Experience with CI/CD, release management, and automation.
• Proficient with Terraform and ARM templates for automated deployments.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand requirements and deliver enterprise Azure solutions.
• Assess current Azure architecture and identify gaps in scalability, security, and cost.
• Redesign deployments to align with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and best practices.
• Plan and implement IaC using Terraform and ARM templates.
• Monitor and ensure compliance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Sentinel.
• Manage Windows and Linux workloads in Azure.
• Coordinate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and automation.
