Job Title: Senior Azure Cloud Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experienced Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our Azure cloud infrastructure. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership in cloud transformation initiatives, and a strong focus on security, automation, and operational excellence.



Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and manage scalable, secure, and resilient Azure environments (IaaS, PaaS).


• Lead cloud migration and modernization projects across hybrid and cloud-native systems.


• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, ARM templates, and Terraform.


• Drive cloud governance, cost optimization, and policy enforcement.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, security, and infrastructure.


• Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and resolve critical incidents.


• Develop CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and scripting (PowerShell, Python).


• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in cloud engineering.

Required Skills:

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Azure AD).


• Strong knowledge of cloud security, RBAC, and compliance frameworks.
