Job summary

Teleion Consulting LLC is seeking a senior technology consultant to architect containerized solutions in a cloud environment, with hands-on delivery and client-facing responsibilities. The role requires onsite presence in Seattle, WA, and deep expertise in AKS, Azure, and IaC to design secure, scalable architectures.

You will drive architecture, develop migration roadmaps, and collaborate with executives to align technical recommendations with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on Kubernetes in production.
• Azure expertise (AKS, networking, Entra ID, Defender, Key Vault).
• Terraform IaC with production state management.
• Security controls for cloud-native environments (IAM/RBAC, encryption, scans).
• Experience moving SaaS to containerized or microservices architectures.
• Client-facing delivery experience including architecture workshops and executive-level presentations.
• Willingness to work onsite in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

• Architect containerized solutions on AKS and cloud-native platforms.
• Migrate products toward container-based architectures on AKS.
• Design secure Kubernetes environments (RBAC, secrets, image scanning, network segmentation).
• Develop migration roadmaps balancing cost, risk, and business continuity.
• Collaborate with client SMEs to shape and gain buy-in for architecture recommendations.
• Serve as technical point of contact and bridge hands-on engineering with strategy discussions.
• Implement IaC (Terraform) to provision Azure and Kubernetes environments.
• Identify security risks and mitigation approaches for containerized/cloud-native environments.
• Coach engineers on containers, cloud deployment approaches, and security best practices.
