Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking an experienced AWS Solutions Architect with 7-10+ years in IT infrastructure focused on manufacturing environments. The role requires leading large-scale migrations to AWS, deep expertise in core AWS services, and designing hybrid-cloud solutions that connect on-premise and cloud resources, including MES/SCADA familiarity.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a significant focus on manufacturing environments.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification is required.
• Proven experience leading at least one large-scale migration from a traditional data center or hosting provider to AWS.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with core AWS services, including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, AWS Backup, and Direct Connect.
• Expertise in architecting complex hybrid-cloud environments, including on-premise to cloud replication, failover patterns, and advanced networking.
• Direct experience in a manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of production constraints and shop floor systems (MES/SCADA).
