City Electric Supply is seeking a Senior AWS Software Engineer on the City IT Integrations team to help build the core integration technology that connects CES's internal systems and third‑party services across a company operating 1,000+ branches worldwide.

This is a chance to build enterprise grade, serverless applications that support real scale, and to shape how a growing company's systems talk to each other.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with TypeScript.
• Hands-on AWS serverless experience in a microservices oriented environment.
• Experience with CDK for infrastructure as code and AWS tooling.
• Proficiency with Git/GitLab for source control and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AWS serverless solutions using TypeScript.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Ensure smooth integration between internal systems and third-party services.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines with AWS tools.
• Maintain SOLID design, clean code, and REST standards.
• Lead high-risk, high-visibility projects within AWS cloud applications.
