Job summary
Manufacturing-Maintenance-Solutions- in Lexington, KY is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician/Team Lead (AWS) to lead a hands-on maintenance team, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and keep production equipment running safely and efficiently.
You will review work orders, mentor technicians, and oversee preventive maintenance on packaging lines, motors, pumps, HVAC, and conveyors, while ensuring documentation and OSHA/LOTO safety compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance experience, industrial preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with production equipment and facility systems.
- Previous leadership, lead, or mentoring experience.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Experience with CMMS systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
- Perform and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
- Dismantle equipment and replace defective components.
- Fabricate or modify parts when needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation of repairs, parts, and work completed.
