Job summary

BCforward in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer focused on AWS networking, compute, and storage. You will partner with application teams to gather requirements, design and deliver scalable infrastructure, and maintain reusable Terraform modules.

This onsite role requires quick adaptation and collaboration across teams. You will build CI/CD pipelines, work with GitHub and Bitbucket, and provide architectural guidance for new capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong AWS infrastructure experience with networking, compute, and storage.
• Experience delivering reusable Terraform modules.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with GitHub and Bitbucket.
• Ability to work independently and deliver quickly across a broad infra landscape.

Responsibilities

• Partner with application teams to gather requirements and translate them into well-architected AWS infrastructure solutions.
• Design, build, and deliver AWS infrastructure across networking, compute, and storage.
• Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules for consumption by application teams.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure delivery.
• Collaborate with partner engineering teams and take ownership of technical challenges.
• Provide architectural guidance and solutioning for new infrastructure capabilities.
