Stefanini Group is seeking a Senior AWS HPC Platform Support Engineer for a remote US-based role. The engineer provides hands-on technical support for Kubernetes, HPC workloads, and AWS services, with a focus on observability, incident management and training across distributed teams.

You will work in a contract capacity, coordinating with security, platform engineering, and application teams, while maintaining runbooks and SOPs for efficient operations and faster incident resolution.

Qualificações

• Hands-on production support for Kubernetes and HPC clusters.
• Experience with end-to-end incident triage and RCA in production environments.
• Experience building observability pipelines with metrics, logs and traces.
• Familiarity with AWS core services and cost/performance optimization practices.
• Strong documentation, training, and SOP development skills.
• Able to train and mentor teams and work across cross-functional groups.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary technical support for Kubernetes, HPC, and cloud-based workloads.
• Maintain observability pipelines and dashboards using Grafana, CloudWatch, and related tools.
• Coordinate incident responses and on-call rotations with urgency for critical events.
• Create runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials for the team.
• Collaborate with security/compliance to align observability with governance standards.
