Job summary

Broadway Ventures LLC seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to build and operate the AWS GovCloud infrastructure for Project Argos. You will own infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, and tamper-evident evidence storage to support Authority to Operate (ATO) and compliant deployments.

You will collaborate with technical leads, application developers, and security personnel to design secure, scalable pipelines, manage secrets, and ensure auditable, containerized operations across the stack.

Qualifications

• AWS: ECS/Fargate, DynamoDB, S3, VPC networking, IAM, CloudWatch.
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform or equivalent).
• CI/CD pipeline design, container image build, scanning and deployment.
• Operating containerized services in production.
• Monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Networking fundamentals: TLS/PKI, DNS, troubleshooting.
• Security controls in regulated environments (NIST 800-53 or similar).
• Technical documentation.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the GovCloud environment (ECS/Fargate, DynamoDB, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch) via Terraform or equivalent IaC.
• Design and run the CI/CD pipeline for container image build, vulnerability scanning, and deployment with versioning.
• Implement tamper-evident storage and logging for data ingestion, decisions, reviews, and releases.
• Manage outbound traffic and rate limits for ~290 CHPL products.
• Stand up monitoring, alerting, and incident response for production services; report security incidents within 1 hour.
• Manage secrets, TLS/PKI, DNS, and network segmentation for pipelines and endpoints.
• Create control narratives and supply evidence for SSP and security assessments.
• Plan capacity and autoscaling to meet coverage and evidence targets.
