Job summary

RevStar Consulting Inc is seeking a Senior AWS Forward Deployed Engineer to operate at the intersection of enterprise cloud architecture and client delivery. You will own the delivery lifecycle for high-impact accounts, architecting secure AWS environments, modernizing legacy infrastructure, and deploying GenAI workloads with Bedrock and SageMaker.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Architecture, DevOps/SRE, or Software Engineering with a focus on AWS.
• 3+ years in a client-facing consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Forward Deployed Engineering role.
• AWS Core Expertise across IAM, VPC, EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFront, Route 53.
• IaC & CI/CD: Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation with automated pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Cloud Architecture & Implementation: design, build, and deploy secure, scalable AWS architectures using IaC and modern microservices patterns.
• Enterprise Customer Delivery: lead technical delivery for strategic enterprise engagements with C-level stakeholders.
• Cloud Migration & Application Modernization: guide large-scale migrations to AWS and modernize legacy apps.
• AWS Generative AI & Machine Learning: architect GenAI/ML workloads using Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenSearch, Pinecone, and RAG.
• Drive Platform Adoption & Growth: identify high-value workloads and advocate for cloud modernization to expand accounts.
• Technical Mentorship & Practice Building: mentor engineers and contribute to reusable modules and best practices.
