Job summary

Archer in collaboration with Version 1 is seeking a cloud-focused software engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS, leveraging serverless services and infrastructure as code. The role emphasizes hands-on work with Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and related AWS services, plus IaC through CDK/Terraform/CloudFormation.

You will contribute to event-driven microservices architectures, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, especially Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, Cognito, CloudWatch.
• Proficiency in 1/more languages e.g. Python, Java, Golang, TypeScript, React
• Experience with infrastructure as code (AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling
• Experience with test‑
• Strong troubleshooting skills across the stack.
