Job summary

Altamira Technologies Corp. seeks a Senior AWS DevSecOps Engineer to lead the design, build, and automation of our hybrid cloud infrastructure in Tampa, Florida.

You will focus on secure, scalable platforms on AWS and other clouds, leveraging IaC, EKS, and CI/CD pipelines to empower data science and development teams with robust self-service capabilities. The role requires expertise in Terraform, AWS IAM, and security controls, with DoD 8140 certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience (approx. 8+ years in cloud/software engineering).
• Must possess and maintain required DoD 8140 certifications.
• Expert in AWS IaC and container orchestration (EKS).
• Experience building secure, scalable, highly available cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and automation of hybrid cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop and manage secure CI/CD pipelines for rapid software delivery.
• Integrate security controls and compliance into platforms and pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Collaborate with development teams and security teams to enable self-service capabilities.
