Altamira Technologies Corp. seeks a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Specialist to design, provision, secure, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure for the DME MVP. The role combines cloud architecture, DevSecOps, automation, and DoD-compliant security in a SIPR environment.

This remote position requires occasional attendance at Joint Base Andrews and supports cross-cloud data workflows across AWS, Azure, OCI, and Google Cloud. Expect a leadership role in automation and security.

Qualifications

• Must possess DoD 8140 certifications.
• Experience with cross-cloud data patterns (AWS/Azure/OCI/GCP).
• Hands-on AWS across compute, storage, networking, IAM, KMS, VPC, monitoring.
• Strong IAM roles, policies, and security practices.
• In-depth IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitLab/GitHub/Jenkins and security scanning.
• Solid Linux/Unix and security fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, DoD STIGs and secure APIs.
• Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design, harden, and maintain AWS cloud infra for the DME MVP.
• Build self-service data infra to accelerate workflows.
• Engineer cross-cloud data interoperability (AWS/Azure/OCI/GCP).
• Develop automated Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Create CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and security checks.
• Lead MVP service catalog and API gateway with access controls.
• Manage cloud networking, IAM, encryption, and identity federation.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and cost across platforms.
• Ensure DoD STIGs, Zero Trust, and CSF compliance.
• Produce runbooks, diagrams, and knowledge sharing materials.
