Job summary

Inadev is seeking a Leader to design and build the data layer for its platform in Reston, VA. You will develop schemas, queries, and data pipelines on AWS data services, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity and security for a high-volume filing platform.

You will design and implement database schemas, build and maintain ETL/ELT processes, and collaborate with developers and data architects on data access patterns, leveraging AI-assisted tooling for query and pipeline development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of database development experience.
• Strong SQL and data-modeling skills.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases on AWS.
• Understanding of performance tuning and data security.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement database schemas, stored procedures, and queries
• Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• Optimize query and database performance for high-volume workloads
• Support data modeling on AWS data services (Aurora, RDS, DynamoDB, S3)
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
