Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Data Engineering & Analytics.
• 6+ years of hands-on AWS data architecture experience across S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, Lambda, EMR, Lake Formation, Kinesis, RDS.
• 3+ years of Salesforce integration with external data platforms via APIs/connectors.
• 3+ years leading data engineering teams as Technical Architect / Lead.
• 4+ years Tableau dashboard development and data visualization.
• 3+ years real-time and batch data processing architectures and CI/CD experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and define enterprise-level data architecture across AWS data platforms.
• Architect and oversee implementation of data lakes/lakehouse using AWS services.
• Lead design and development of robust ETL/ELT pipelines (batch and real-time).
• Integrate and synchronize data between Salesforce and AWS data platforms.
• Define and implement enterprise data models including star/snowflake schemas.
• Establish BI architecture standards using Tableau with semantic layer and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture.
• Provide hands-on leadership in SQL, Python/PySpark, and performance tuning.
• Define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance across data ecosystem.
• Guide CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), and DevOps for data platforms.
• Review solution designs to ensure scalability and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive modernization including migration from on-prem to AWS cloud.
• Ensure monitoring, logging, observability, backup and disaster recovery.
