SnapSoft Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end migrations and modernization for North American clients.

You will be the technical lead on complex engagements, coordinating US- and Budapest-based engineers under an Engineering Manager in Europe. The role focuses on delivery, architecture design, and pre-sales support, with responsibilities including MAP assessments, multi-service AWS architectures, and hardening security and networking.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure or cloud engineering, incl. 5+ years designing and delivering on AWS.
• 5 years in an architect role.
• Hands-on database migration experience (MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical delivery of complex, high-impact migration and modernization engagements.
• Design multi-service, cloud-native AWS architectures aligning business goals with scalable blueprints.
• Mentor 1-4 engineers and manage multiple engagements in parallel.
• Oversee SOWs, contracts and pre-sales activities with AWS account teams.
