Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer – AWS, with 10+ years in IT and cloud engineering, to design and operate enterprise AWS environments across multi-account architectures. You will own IaC, security, observability, and governance while leading cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional IT and cloud engineering experience.
• 5+ years designing and operating enterprise AWS environments.
• Deep knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, Route 53, API Gateway, CloudFormation).
• Hands-on IaC using Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Strong production-scale Kubernetes/EKS/ECS experience.
• Proven CI/CD, DevOps/GitOps, and infrastructure automation expertise.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, Go, or PowerShell.
• Cloud security, IAM, encryption, and Zero Trust architecture expertise.
• Observability, monitoring, logging, and SRE practices.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and operate secure AWS environments for enterprise workloads.
• Design multi-account AWS Organizations, landing zones, SCPs, logging, governance, and shared services.
• Develop and maintain IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Design resilient networking using VPCs, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN, and ELB.
• Implement IAM, SSO, least-privilege, and secrets management.
• Design and operate container platforms with EKS, ECS, and Fargate.
• Manage data platforms (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Kinesis).
• Build CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline, CodeBuild, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Implement observability using CloudWatch, X-Ray, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Drive cloud optimization focusing on performance, availability, security, and FinOps.
• Design DR, backup, failover, and multi-region strategies.
• Strengthen cloud security with AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, Macie, KMS.
• Develop automation tools and operational scripts in Python, Bash, Go, PowerShell.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor cloud engineers.
