Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, with emphasis on security, reliability, and cost efficiency.

You will implement IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK; manage containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes; and build CI/CD pipelines while monitoring performance and applying disaster recovery best practices in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, or DevOps.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Experience managing production cloud environments and enterprise workloads.
• Strong understanding of networking, Linux administration, and cloud architecture.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Experience working in Agile and collaborative engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure and scalable AWS cloud environments.
• Provision and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code.
• Configure VPCs, subnets, security groups, IAM roles, and network connectivity.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and operational tasks.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure releases.
• Monitor cloud performance, availability, and resource utilization.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize cloud environments.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies.
• Apply cloud security best practices and manage access controls.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams on cloud initiatives.
