Notes Number of openings: 2 - Location: Hybrid somewhat; some travel to client site in Charlotte or Malvern (travel is covered by the client).

We currently have a contract opportunity for a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to lend specific subject matter knowledge around Angular web development.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using modern DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate CI/CD pipelines for Angular, Python, Java, and React-based applications.
• Manage source control and code integration workflows using GitHub, ensuring high code quality and streamlined deployments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud environments for reliability and cost-efficiency.
• Drive infrastructure-as-code (IaC) initiatives and ensure compliance with security and governance standards across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools and scripting languages, particularly Python and shell scripting.
