Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an AWS Technical / Cloud Architect with Payments Experience. The role requires 10+ years’ experience in cloud and payments domains, with strong Java/Spring and cloud-native skills.

You will lead architecture and migration efforts for complex payment platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across enterprise environments. This role involves working with OpenShift, AWS, and modern DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and payments domains.
• Proficient in AWS services and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of payment rails and ISO 20022 messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead AWS architecture and migration planning for payments modernization.
• Design cloud-native solutions with microservices, APIs, and event-driven patterns.
• Define target-state AWS architecture including landing zone, networking, and security.
• Drive DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, IaC, and automated testing.
• Oversee migration waves with dependency-based sequencing and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for architecture reviews and design discussions.
• Mentor teams on technical decisions and best practices across platforms.
