Job summary

Providence in Renton, WA is seeking an AVP, Supply Chain Systems and Analytics to lead strategy for supply chain technology, data governance, and analytics across the health system. You will ensure systems enable operational excellence, cost optimization, and data-driven decision‑making.

You will oversee ERP, inventory, and procurement platforms, drive data quality and interoperability, and mentor cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in cost and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in supply chain operations and healthcare leadership.
• Proven track record implementing enterprise systems and data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare providers, distributors, manufacturers, or GPO settings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for supply chain technology, data, and analytics.
• Lead enterprise systems and analytics to support cost optimization and operational excellence.
• Partner with clinical, operational, IT, and executive leaders to align priorities.
• Oversee system selection, implementation, and integration with clinical and financial systems.
• Establish data governance and KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams in tech and analytics.
