Qualifications

• 10+ years in reinsurance claims across multiple lines with knowledge of Casualty and Professional Liability.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for complex claim scenarios.
• Proficiency in treaty language to determine coverage and guide decisions.

Responsabilités

• Manage a complex portfolio of reinsurance claims across lines of business.
• Provide strategic oversight on claim resolution, reserving, and coverage analysis.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, finance, and senior leadership.
• Develop relationships with brokers, cedents, and external partners.
• Conduct cedent audits to assess claim handling quality and compliance.
• Prepare high-quality analyses and reporting on large losses.
