Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a highly organized Legal Operations AVP in Richmond, VA to drive enterprise data governance and cross-functional project delivery within Legal and CAO functions. This role emphasizes structured tracking, KPI reporting, and policy documentation across multiple initiatives.

You will coordinate with Legal, IT, InfoSec, and business units, maintain governance dashboards in Excel/SharePoint/Power BI, and ensure audit-ready records in privacy and retention programs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent training strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of industry experience with 1+ year in a Senior Associate role or external equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain trackers and reporting for concurrent legal and governance projects.
• Design executive dashboards and KPI reports using Excel, SharePoint, and BI tools.
• Coordinate communications between Legal, IT, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Draft and update SOPs, policy documents with privacy and retention alignment.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and centrally maintained.
