Job summary

Pace University seeks an outstanding philanthropy professional for a senior role as the Associate Vice President of Development, empowered to develop and execute multi-year campaign strategies to build a robust pipeline of individual donors and prospects for the University.

The AVP will work across all schools and programs, including Lubin School of Business, Dyson College, Seidenberg School, College of Health Professions, Haub School of Law, and Sands College of Performing Arts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-year campaigns and developing fundraising strategy.
• Ability to manage and grow a major gifts donor portfolio.
• Collaborates with senior leaders and schools/programs across the university.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year campaign strategies to build a robust donor pipeline.
• Oversee frontline fundraising strategies and policies for the department.
• Manage a prospect portfolio of 75-100 individuals and solicit major gifts.
• Collaborate with VP of Development and Alumni Relations and other senior leaders.
