Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of accounting experience with emphasis on GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and audits.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including reconciliations, AP, fixed assets, and ledgers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead month-end close, variance analyses, and financial reporting for management.
• Ensure internal controls comply with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff through coaching and performance management.
