Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Avionics Systems Engineer for a leadership role based in Randburg, Gauteng. You will guide a team, define architectures, and ensure delivery of advanced avionics solutions for next-generation aircraft.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in avionics systems engineering with at least 2 years in lead/supervisory role.
• Expertise in avionic system design, integration and testing.
• Proficiency with ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553 and related interfaces.
• Experience with safety-critical software/hardware development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and integration of complex avionics systems for aircraft.
