Socket.dev is seeking a Sr Advanced Systems Engineer for the Next Generation Avionics Aircraft Data Network. You will join a diverse engineering team and work at the Deer Valley site in Phoenix, AZ on a hybrid schedule.

You will report to the Sr Software Engr Manager. Responsibilities include driving design, development, systems integration and verification of the Aircraft Data Network; performing requirements analysis, architecture development, integration testing and validation of avionics

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, systems integration and verification of the Aircraft Data Network.
• Perform systems engineering activities including requirements analysis, system architecture development, integration testing, and validation of avionics systems operating within the Data Network
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and ensure seamless integration of Avionics software solutions that meet system requirements and performance specifications.
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in the Avionics space
