Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in mechanical design, packaging, or thermal management for aerospace or ruggedized electronics.
• Proven ability to deliver mechanical systems from concept through qualification and flight.
• Proficient in CAD and analysis tools for structural and thermal performance.
• Hands-on experience building, testing, and debugging hardware in a lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and delivery of mechanical hardware for next-generation avionics platforms.
• Develop enclosures, mounting structures, cooling solutions, and interfaces to spacecraft systems.
• Ensure hardware survives launch and space environments; address thermal and structural challenges.
