Qualifications

• A&P license and 10+ years of airframe and power plant experience.
• 8+ years of missile or rocket system development experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel for test planning and execution.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.
• Willing to work extended hours and be able to stand/walk long durations.

Responsibilities

• Assist aircraft fabrication, assembly, and operation including structural fabrication and avionics integration.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft and subsystems (landing gear, fuel, flight control, propulsion).
• Perform airframe construction techniques (rivets and fasteners).
• Document maintenance manuals, checklists, and flight logs.
• Coordinate maintenance with engineering and production.
• Test electronic components using multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and test racks.
• Adhere to proper FOD and tool control practices.
• Lift/move heavy objects up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts/pallet jacks.
