Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid A&P license.
• 5+ years of airframe and power plant experience.
• 3+ years missile/rocket system development experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Willing to be multi-capable, including electronics troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel for test planning and execution.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.
• Subject to pre-employment and randomized substance screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with aircraft fabrication, assembly, and operation including structural fabrication and avionics build/integration/test.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft and subsystems including landing gear, fuel, flight control, and propulsion.
• Perform airframe construction techniques such as rivets and fasteners.
• Document maintenance manuals, checklists, and flight logs.
• Coordinate site maintenance and report readiness to test program.
• Validate testing of electronic components using test equipment.
• Maintain FOD and tool control practices.
• Lift/move heavy objects up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts.
