Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking Senior Aviation Terminal Planners to lead analytical and spatial analyses at major US airports. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Engineering, Geology, Biology, Environmental Science, Anthropology, Archaeology, or related field and 10 years relevant experience.
• 2 years of successful management of projects

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations and assist in proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Lead and prepares design documents and technical plans.
• Implement project delivery plan and supervise team to objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, development, retention and succession of project staff.
• Support business development through client relationships and pursuit efforts.
• Lead proposal development and presentations for strategic projects to clients.
• Mentor staff and ensure project objectives are met.
