Job summary

DAHER Aerospace in Stuart, Florida is seeking Senior Aviation Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our team. You will be a hands-on mechanic involved with the production and assembly of complex metallic and composite aerostructures helping ensure production and delivery goals are met.

3+ years experience in heavy structures manufacturing is required. You will install aircraft structural sheet metal and composite components, rework assemblies, and read engineering drawings to meet exacting standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in sheet metal manufacturing for heavy aircraft structures.
• Ability to follow written, electronic and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
• Able to read blueprints, sketches, and production instructions.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Install aircraft sheet metal and composite components.
• Rework complex structural assemblies.
• Use precision measuring devices to ensure quality standards.
• Perform inspections and maintain accurate work records.
• Read and work from engineering drawings and production specifications.
