Qualifications

• College degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
• P.E. license or equivalent certification preferred.
• 15+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure program delivery, including aviation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic account development and proposals to secure aviation opportunities.
• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of aviation infrastructure programs including terminals and utilities.
• Implement program management and controls frameworks across scope, schedule, cost, risk.
• Oversee program controls and data-driven reporting at senior levels.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing aviation team in the Northeast.
