Position: Senior Aviation Military Analyst (EW/Cyber)
Summary: The purpose of this position is to provide professional support services for Army Capability Managers (ACMs) and the Experimentation and Analysis Directorate (CEAD) located at United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE), Fort Novosel, Alabama.

Qualifications:
• Rated Army Aviator or EW Warrant Officer with at least fifteen (15) years of combat operations experience is required.
• Must possess experience in training and implementation of electromagnetic and cyber protection measures for Army Aviation aircraft fitted with Aviation Survivability equipment (ASE).
• Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required within 90 days.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in capability management/combat developments is required.
• Experience authoring a Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) approved JCIDS document is desired.
• Participation as a direct team member in an Army Aviation Capability Based Assessment (CBA) for supporting ISR fixed wing aircraft or threat EW systems.
• Experience as a Team Lead conducting Aviation studies and/or operational test events with experience in developing capabilities and evaluating technologies.
• Must be able to review and edit products to ensure they are written at the graduate level.
• Process in-depth knowledge of training, implementing and analyzing electromagnetic and cyber threat to Army Aviation platforms required. Experience as a Tactical Operations officer (TACOPS), special electronic mission aircraft (SEMA), or electronic warfare officer preferred.
• Must be capable of independent work based on broad senior level guidance to produce completed white papers, concept papers, requirements documents, operational views, and other written products as required.
