• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures per QA/regulatory requirements.
• Collaborative skills to work with engineers on modifications.

Aufgaben

• Perform Aircraft Maintenance IAW instructions/drawings.
• Troubleshoot systems to meet customer needs.
• Document maintenance per QA and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and a clean-as-you-go process.
• Perform regular FOD walks.
• Comply with DHS/DOD documents and publications.
• Lead tools control, inventory, and tool reporting.
• Collaborate with engineers on Modification Work Orders and drawings.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions in aircraft systems and subsystems.
• Replace or repair worn components and assist in engine/gearbox work.
• Perform preflight and post-flight maintenance inspections.
