Job summary

JS Solutions seeks a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to oversee BOIPFD/BOIP amendments, milestone activities, LIN validation, and SOW analysis for Army Aviation programs. You will brief senior logisticians and lead IPTs, ensuring accurate BOIP development and proposal feedback.

The role demands 15+ years of logistics and IPS experience, active secret clearance, and strong MS Office skills, with a focus on collaborative, multi-project execution in a Defense environment.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• BS/BA with 15+ years related experience OR HS + 19 years.
• Familiarity with Acquisition Logistics and IPS standards, regulations, policies, procedures.
• Material Developer experience with Cloud Equipping (cQuiP) database entry.
• Experience with Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP).
• Experience with i2Log.
• Experience with pre-staffing BOIPFD and BOIPs.
• Experience with TRADOC, ACM-RA Capability Development, USAFMSA, and ASA(ALT).
• Knowledge and experience managing, planning, and executing complex projects.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Support BOIPFD and BOIP amendments for Army Aviation and train government personnel.
• Support milestone activities including documentation review and weapon system BOIP development.
• Brief recommendations to senior logisticians, management, the PM, PEO leadership, and HQDA as required.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams focused on BOIP development.
• Review LIN validation requests for Apache platforms to ensure validity and BOIP status.
• Analyze and assess SOW packages and provide comments to proposals.
• Develop IPS training packages for Apache Product Office and other areas across the PEO.
• Communicate BOIPFD/BOIPs with multiple agencies for pre-staffing to HQDA.
