Confidential in Burlington, NC is seeking a Quality Inspector to join the Repair Station and Production quality team. You will inspect and release engines and parts, review design data, and ensure compliance with 14 CFR Parts 43/145 and Part 21.

The role requires an FAA Part 65 powerplant license, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and at least five years of relevant aerospace experience, including two years in an inspection capacity.

Competenze

• Associates degree or equivalent technical experience; FAA license required.
• Minimum five years in Repair Station or Production; two years in inspection.
• Knowledge of 14 CFR Part 43/145; Part 21 knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/MES (IFS/Solumina preferred).
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Perform inspection and release of engines and parts, including borescope and basic hand measurements.
• Ensure all shipment paperwork complies with customer requirements.
• Verify work plans align with design data and incorporate changes.
• Review inspection methods and devices; assess impact of out-of-tolerance gaging.
• Support root-cause analysis and countermeasure implementation for defects.
